Effective date: October 19, 2026
These terms apply when you use dubofflocks.com or hire Duboff Locksmith Services, LLC ("Duboff Locksmith," "we," "us"). By using the site or booking work with us, you agree to them.
Proof of authorization
Before Scott opens a home, business, vehicle or safe, or changes or rekeys a lock, you must show that you're authorized: a photo ID plus proof that you live there, own it, or have the owner's permission. Scott may refuse or stop any job if he can't confirm authorization, and a trip charge may still apply. You're responsible for making sure you have the right to authorize the work, including any approval required by your landlord or HOA.
Prices and estimates
Prices on this website, such as the typical house lockout (about $150 to $185) and car lockout (about $125) within 15 driving miles of San Tan Valley during business hours, are typical prices, not quotes. The price for your job depends on the work, the lock, the time of day and the location. Scott will tell you the price or an estimate before he starts. If the job turns out to need more than expected, he'll explain and get your OK before doing the extra work.
The 10% military discount applies to new work for anyone currently serving or who has served. It doesn't combine with other discounts unless Scott says so.
Payment
Payment is due when the work is done unless we've agreed otherwise in writing. We accept card, cash, Zelle and check. Businesses and government customers can set up purchase orders or net terms with a written agreement.
Warranty
Scott's labor is covered by a 90-day warranty from the date of the job. If something he did fails because of his workmanship within 90 days, call and he'll make it right. The labor warranty doesn't cover damage from misuse, accidents, forced entry, or work done by someone else. Parts and products carry their manufacturer's warranty. Ask Scott about the warranty on your specific job.
Lockouts and entry
Scott uses non-destructive methods whenever he can. Some locks and situations can't be opened without drilling or replacing the lock. If that's the case, Scott will tell you before he does it.
If a child, pet or anyone at risk is locked inside a car or home, call 911 first.
Car keys
Duboff Locksmith handles car lockouts only. We don't make, cut or program car keys or key fobs.

If you agree to receive texts, we'll text you about your request, such as appointment confirmations, arrival updates, quotes and follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your number.
